We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Sonographer PRN to join our team at HCA Florida Twin Cities Hospital.
Job SummaryThe Diagnostic Sonographer is a critical member of our medical team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care using diagnostic ultrasound procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and obtaining necessary consent.
- Operate ultrasound equipment to capture high-quality images and videos.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of patient procedures and results.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Graduation from an accredited School of Ultrasound.
- One year of experience or training in diagnostic ultrasound in at least two specialty areas, such as abdomen and OB/GYN.
