Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise tray line service and ensure proper food storage and handling

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Graduate of an accredited course in Dietetic training
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital or skilled nursing care center
  • Training in cost control, food management, and diet therapy
