Primary Care Physician Assistant

Necnic Group is seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our team in a post-acute care setting. As a Primary Care Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a short-term and long-term setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform primary care in a post-acute setting for short-term and long-term patients
- Manage chronic disease, diagnosis illness and medical conditions, and implement plan of care
- Order and interpret lab results
- Prescribe and monitor medications
- Consult with physicians and coordinate patient care with other healthcare practitioners
- Educate patients and their caregivers on coping skills to handle chronic and age-related conditions
- Build relationships with your patients, patients family members, and facility staff to facilitate effective treatment delivery
- Promote healthy lifestyle changes
- Minimum of 1 year experience in primary care
- Post-acute care experienced a plus, but not required
- Active and unrestricted Washington NP or PA license required
- Active and unrestricted DEA required
- The compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential
- Compensation range $118,000 - $145,000
