We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiac Cath Lab. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, planning and implementing nursing care, and assisting physicians during examinations and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures and other medical interventions
- Administer medications and perform various patient tests and procedures as needed
- Teach patients and families about self-care skills and promote independence
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida
- BLS and ACLS certification
- At least 500 hours of experience in an open heart center
