Restaurant Server Job Description

At Leisure Care, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Server to join our team. As a Restaurant Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional service and enjoy their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow and timely food delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, responding to their requests and preferences in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with minor food preparation tasks, such as setting tables and replenishing condiments.
  • Regularly clean and sanitize beverage dispensers and other equipment to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Work Schedule:

We offer flexible schedules with lunch and dinner shifts available, with no late nights or evening shifts ending after 7:00 pm.
