Job Summary

This is a $45,000 - $60,000 per year opportunity for a skilled Lead Healthcare Professional to join our team at Via Christi Village Manhattan. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering prescribed medications, maintaining medical records, and providing direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
  • Administer prescribed medications to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
  • Provide direct patient care, ensuring resident safety and well-being.
  • Restock medication inventories and monitor supplies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications in medication administration and patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
