Speech-Language Pathologist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in an elementary school setting. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and be licensed to practice in Texas. Experience in school-based settings is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized speech and language therapy to elementary students.
  • Collaborate with educators and parents to develop and implement effective IEPs.
  • Conduct evaluations and design treatment plans based on student needs.
  • Monitor and track student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Attend meetings and provide progress reports as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Texas SLP license.
  • CCC or CF certification through ASHA.
  • Experience in school-based settings is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
