Position Overview:

As a Lead Financial Analyst, your key responsibilities will include the preparation of financial reports and supporting documentation in accordance with corporate timelines. You will oversee and finalize monthly closing activities, conduct thorough analyses of revenue and expenditure, ensure precise monthly entries, prepare account reconciliations, and engage in monthly reviews of financial reports with management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cash reconciliations across multiple regions.
  • Manage prepaid and accrual schedules for various locations.
  • Develop and maintain monthly standard journal entries.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly financial statements.
  • Reconcile intercompany and intracompany accounts.
  • Facilitate intercompany payment processes.
  • Submit monthly financial reports to the division office.
  • Perform monthly VAT analysis and maintain VAT records.
  • Coordinate year-end data for tax submissions with local accounting partners.
  • Collaborate on payroll information with local accounting firms.
  • Oversee fixed asset activities within the organization.
  • Prepare year-end tax documentation for the division office.
  • Assist in budget preparation and submission.
  • Support accounting research as needed for the organization.
  • Maintain monthly exchange rates in the ERP system.
  • Manage user access in the ERP system.
  • Keep lease contracts organized and accessible.
  • Participate in the annual research and tax credit data coordination.
  • Train new employees on financial systems and processes.
  • Assist with financial and tax audits.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Capability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility in work schedule.
  • Familiarity with various accounting software and systems.
