Manager Development Program

Compensation and Benefits

Job Responsibilities

As a Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for:

  • Becoming proficient in customer service, sales, and marketing, finance, and operations
  • Developing long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service
  • Promoting additional products to best serve new and existing customers
  • Contacting customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements
  • Assisting the Branch Manager to exceed established branch goals
  • Learning and providing support in management responsibility duties such as delegating employee workload and analyzing loan documents
Required Qualifications

To be eligible for this program, you must have:

  • A High School degree or equivalent certification
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management
