Park Nicollet Clinic Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Health Information Management Associate to join our team at Regions Hospital. This role is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about healthcare and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and collaborate with clinical operations and information technology to ensure the accessibility and integrity of patient information.
  • Perform a wide variety of computer and paper-based tasks, including document imaging, chart analysis, and forms on demand.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and maintain a presence during normal business hours.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-year basic clerical or customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Enrollment in an associate or bachelor's degree program in Health Information Management or related field
  • 1-year of experience in Health Information Management may substitute for enrollment in RHIT program
  • Licensure: RHIT (Registered Health Information Technician) or RHIA (Registered Health Information Administrator) credentialed
