IT Systems Administrator

Innovate Skillsource is seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing Level 1 and 2 support to our 1500 IT users across Ireland, the UK, Europe, and South Africa.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT users
• Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including software, hardware, network, and security systems
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary changes to ensure uptime
• Administer Office365, Teams, and Sharepoint
• Manage Group policy and inTune policies
• Active Directory and Entra AD management
• IT Asset Management and procurement of ICT equipment
• Administration of file and print servers
• Storage and backup management
• Support of meeting room AV systems
• BIM360 and ACC management
• Network management and monitoring
• Investigate cybersecurity incidents

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Industry certifications desirable (MSCA Network MCP etc)
• ITIL certification desirable or relevant work experience to ITIL standards
• Current driver's license and own transportation required
• Willingness to travel to sites and offices (sometimes at short notice)
