Landscape Foreman

Elite Lawn and Landscape LLC is seeking a skilled Landscape Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and integrity of our clients' outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trimming and pruning shrubs and trees to maintain their health and aesthetic appeal
• Diagnosing and repairing irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage
• Lifting and installing landscaping materials such as river rock, mulch, and sod
• Ensuring all assigned tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Adhering to safety procedures and company policies
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
• Operating heavy equipment such as skid steers and mini skid steers

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is a plus
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and their functionality
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently (skid steers, mini skid steers and excavators)
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting heavy landscaping materials
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Valid driver's license
• Punctuality and reliability are essential
• OSHA 10 Minimum
