Job Title: Associate Machinist

At Integer, we're committed to creating a culture that unifies and drives long-term success. As an Associate Machinist, you'll play a critical role in setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC equipment to manufacture precision parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate CNC equipment with assistance
  • Meet cycle time and yield expectations
  • Sharpen tooling as needed to maintain tolerances
  • Monitor equipment to ensure dimensional part integrity
  • Verify documentation and accuracy of completed operations
  • Inspect parts visually and dimensionally using basic inspection equipment and techniques
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Machinist trade school preferred or 1 year manufacturing experience
  • Ability to work with small precision parts to very close tolerances
  • Basic knowledge of continuous improvement, GD&T, and blue print reading
