As a Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate structural steel projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional quality standards.
You will play a critical role in maintaining open and transparent communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, while ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
Project Planning:
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Resource Management:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure all project components align with project goals.
Monitor project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage financial aspects of projects to maximize profitability.Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring proactive problem-solving to avoid delays and disruptions.
Quality Assurance:
Oversee the quality of workmanship, materials, and safety measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Timeline Management:
Maintain project schedules, track progress, and adjust plans as necessary to meet project milestones and deadlines.
Document Management:
Ensure accurate and complete project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.
Safety Compliance:
Promote and enforce safety protocols and standards, fostering a culture of safety among project teams.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the structural steel industry.
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field (preferred).
Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication, erection processes, and industry standards.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
A commitment to safety and quality.
