Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the organization and customer accounts, ensuring effective communication and resource management.
  • Assist in the development and upkeep of a comprehensive Master Schedule for coordinated project timelines.
  • Establish, communicate, and oversee detailed plans with customer accounts.
  • Manage resource allocation for project scheduling.
  • Co-manage assigned resources, providing necessary instructions and schedules.

  • Coordinate the return of devices to company locations when necessary.
  • Provide forecasts for customer account scheduling targets.
  • Document account statuses and maintain quality records.

  • Monitor key performance indicators related to resource performance.
  • Review documentation and support project record reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company procedures.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to support project completion with minimal customer disruption.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Word.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management is required; a University/College degree (BA) is preferred; PMI Certification is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential due to the nature of phone and email correspondence.
  • Experience in the medical device sector is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills are mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities are required.
  • Skills in negotiation and collaboration are important.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Word is expected.
