Job SummaryWe are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to work in our Inpatient mental health or behavioral health unit/s. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychiatric nursing and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities- Provide and coordinate nursing care by assessing patients' physical and behavioral health needs.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring that all necessary information is documented.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of IL.
- 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a strong background in psychiatric nursing.
- Current BLS Certification from AHA or American Red Cross.
- CPI Certification.
