  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees by identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure machinery meets operational standards and supports production schedules.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in maintenance, particularly in a processing and packaging environment.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as HVAC, PLC, or OSHA safety certifications are highly desirable.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues efficiently.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment, including lifting equipment, standing for long periods, and working in various temperature conditions.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED; an associate degree or technical training in a related field is preferred.
