Movie Theater Server Representative

Studio Movie Grill is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Movie Theater Server Representatives. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
About the Role:
- Service Delivery: Take orders from guests, serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, and handle guest requests with professionalism.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, address any concerns or issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, management, and other servers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Station Management: Maintain cleanliness and organization of your serving station throughout your shift.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).
- Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Applicable State Certification for Alcohol Service required.
- A valid Food Worker Card is required.
- Previous serving experience is preferred but not required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $12-$15 per hour (dependent on experience) plus tips.

Estimate Salary Range: $25,000 - $35,000 per year.
