Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with clients, their support teams, and community resources to enhance their skills and independence.
  • Utilize various interventions such as arts and crafts, dance, sports, cooking, and games to address clients' needs.
  • Focus on reducing symptoms of depression, stress, and anxiety while aiding clients in recovering fundamental physical and mental capabilities.
  • Encourage confidence-building and effective socialization among clients.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient documentation skills.
  • Valid Driver's License and dependable transportation.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
  • Bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Maintain CTRS Certification, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications.
  • Successfully pass various background checks, including criminal and CNA checks.

Compensation:

$50-57 per hour
