Position Summary

RPG is seeking a highly skilled Commercial HVAC Specialist to join our team, focusing on maintenance and repair of HVAC systems in our 40-property portfolio.

This role requires a strong background in HVAC service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position comes with a competitive hourly rate of $38.00, totaling approximately $80,000 per year.

In addition to a comprehensive salary, we offer medical insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities

  • Servicing HVAC split systems, heat pumps, and mini splits in commercial settings.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Providing exceptional customer service while working independently.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a service technician.
  • Valid Driver's License and clean DMV record.
  • Excellent technical and communication skills.
  • EPA Type II Certified.
