- Maintain Low Voltage Electrical Systems: Repair and maintain low voltage electrical systems, including motors, switches, and controls.
- Program and Troubleshoot PLCs: Program and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to ensure proper machine function.
- Collaborate with Production Teams: Work closely with production teams to identify recurring issues and implement preventive measures to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Adhere to Safety Protocols: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in an automotive manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Proficiency in various welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding. Strong understanding of low voltage electrical systems and ability to read schematics. Knowledge of PLCs and experience in programming and troubleshooting. Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
