Job Summary
The Valet Supervisor will ensure the safety and efficiency of parking guest vehicles while delivering exceptional service. This includes responding to customers' requests, providing caring interactions, and leading the Valet team.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish positive guest relationships through consistent customer service.
- Greet guests professionally and provide assistance upon arrival and departure.
- Ensure valet attendants provide high-quality customer service.
- Lead by example and enhance team performance.
- Monitor traffic flow and maintain efficient operations.
- Supervise valet operations and resolve issues.
- Retrieve and park vehicles safely.
- Follow appearance and attendance standards.
- Execute company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to site-specific safety and security procedures.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Ensure keys are properly stored.
- Participate in training programs.
Requirements
- Associates Degree, High School Diploma, or GED required.
- Understanding of business practices, including accounting, human resources, and customer service.
- Experience in valet parking, management, and customer service.
- Valid US Driver's License.
- HRIS platform experience, such as ADP.
