  • Develop Personalized Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to establish treatment goals and plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Implement Therapeutic Interventions: Develop and implement individualized treatment programs aimed at improving clients' functional abilities, including activities of daily living (ADLs), fine motor skills, mobility, and social skills.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Clinical Experience: Clinical experience in evaluating and treating individuals with diverse conditions and disabilities.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
