Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire sales cycle, from setting appointments with key contacts to negotiating contracts and ensuring successful order fulfillment.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with executives and key decision-makers in various solar and off-grid industries.
- Monitor industry trends, innovations, and competitive landscapes to keep our offerings relevant and competitive.
- Identify and target new market segments and business opportunities to drive growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to align sales strategies and drive customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events and partner meetings, positioning the brand as a leader in the clean energy space.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, including managing pipelines, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the automotive field.
- Proven experience closing deals over $1M with a strong track record of building customer trust.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
