We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) team at Ascension Seton Northwest. As a RN Fellow, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the MICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of unit-based policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- At least 1 year of experience in a critical care setting.
