Merchandiser Floater

We are seeking a highly motivated Merchandiser Floater to join our team at Hallmark US Springboard. As a Part-Time Retail Product Specialist, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, creating, and building displays within your territory for a positive shopper experience.

This is an excellent opportunity to represent the world's best-known greeting card brand and showcase your organizational skills, time management abilities, and ability to establish retailer relationships.

You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels, as well as support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations when needed.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

• Restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department.
• Utilize a mobile device provided by Hallmark to communicate with supervisors, report time, provide feedback, and answer surveys for required merchandising activities.
• Perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores, including grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers.

• A competitive estimated salary range of $12.00 - $14.25 per hour, depending on shift and location.
• A part-time schedule with variable hours during the work week, between 1-14 hours per week.
• Paid training, travel time, and mileage reimbursement.
