Salesforce Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Expert to join our team at Radwell. This is an exempt position that requires a work schedule that will achieve the results and objectives identified by the company and the CIO.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Salesforce development, with a focus on building and enhancing custom features to meet the needs of our users. As a Salesforce Expert, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to deliver scalable solutions that improve business efficiency and streamline operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop Custom Solutions: Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components to support key business functions.
• Integration Management: Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring data consistency and seamless data flow across applications.
• Salesforce AppExchange: Suggest ways to optimize the use of 3rd party applications to enhance the go-to-market sales activities and processes adjacent to the core Salesforce platform.
• System Optimization: Identify and implement solutions to improve system performance, data integrity, and overall user experience.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure alignment of Salesforce capabilities with business needs.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing, debugging, and validation of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet quality standards before deployment.
• Documentation & Training: Document system architecture, design changes, and user instructions. Assist in training end-users and providing ongoing technical support as needed.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, recommending improvements to the existing Salesforce environment based on evolving best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience: 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience with proven expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component Framework.
• Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce platform development with strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns. Experience with Salesforce declarative development tools like Process Builder, Flows, and custom objects.

Benefits:

• Average salary for this position is around $120,000-$150,000 per year.
