Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and analyze sources to support case preparation.
  • Prepare legal documents, including briefs and pleadings, for review and approval.
  • Investigate facts and law to determine causes of action and prepare cases accordingly.
  • Assist with the collection, review, and organization of electronic and paper discovery materials.
  • Prepare trial binders and other materials for case preparation.
  • File pleadings with the court clerk and maintain document files.
  • Deliver or direct delivery of subpoenas to witnesses and parties.
Requirements:
  • An associate or bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a related field.
  • 7+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent cite checking and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work individually or in a team environment.
