Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services.
  • Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing treatment plans.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with diverse populations.
  • Commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice.

Benefits:

  • $120,000 - $130,000 per-year salary, negotiable based on experience.
