Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Director/Project Director to lead our MOMENTUM Knowledge Accelerator (MKA) project, which focuses on maternal, newborn, and child health, family planning, and reproductive health.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide strategic leadership and technical guidance to the project team
  2. Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and workplans
  3. Ensure compliance with USAID regulations and requirements
  4. Lead project reporting, monitoring, and evaluation
  5. Represent the project in leadership meetings with other MOMENTUM awards and USAID

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in public health, monitoring and evaluation, knowledge management, or related field
  • At least 15 years of experience in international health programming, including 10 years in senior management positions
  • Proven experience managing USAID-funded activities, including negotiating work plans, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables, managing sub-awards, and financial oversight
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in one or more priority health areas: MNCH, family planning, reproductive health, and nutrition
