Key Responsibilities:

  • Car Wash Expertise - You'll be the go-to person for all things car wash, helping customers choose the ideal wash, membership, or wash book that fits their needs.

  • Vehicle Safety - Safely guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel like a pro, ensuring a smooth and safe experience every time.
  • Staffing and Scheduling - Ensure our stores are always fully staffed by collaborating on recruitment, promotions, and team development.

  • Leadership Mojo - Proven experience in staff development and leading teams of 3-10 direct reports for 1-3 years, with a mix of hourly and salaried employees from entry to mid-level.
