About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Step-Down/Progressive Care setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements
  • Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
  • BLS certification required
  • One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred
  • Bachelors degree preferred
