Production Specialist II

Key Responsibilities- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to company and OSHA safety procedures.
- Monitor and maintain plant production equipment to optimize performance.
- Perform regular visual inspections to identify and address potential issues.
- Collaborate with QA to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve issues.
- Operate mobile equipment, including forklifts and skid loaders, with precision and care.
- Assist colleagues as needed to achieve team goals.
- Experience in an industrial or outdoor work environment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with manufacturing equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to work safely and efficiently.
- Ability to operate equipment in varying conditions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
