Job Description

We are seeking a skilled LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at The Manor at Seagoville. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and overseeing the delivery of clinical services.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure.
  • Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes and document in accordance with Cantex's Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
  • Ensure implementation of care plans as directed and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Participate in assigning duties and supervise the delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff to ensure highest practical well-being is maintained by patient.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
  • Valid LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse License
