About the Role

Kinetic Staffing is seeking an exceptional Senior Audit Associate to join our team. As a Senior Associate, you will lead a team, mentor junior staff, and ensure that all client deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

This role demands a high level of technical knowledge and project management skills, ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering high-quality service that adds value to their business.

Responsibilities:

  1. Leads diversified accounting, auditing, and consulting assignments.
  2. Prepares detailed financial calculations and models.
  3. Documents all work performed and summarizes findings.
  4. Manages project timelines and coordinates client engagements.
  5. Reviews financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness.
  6. Develops and maintains strong relationships with clients.
  7. Delegates tasks and manages junior staff workload.
  8. Participates in recruiting activities and supports marketing efforts.
  9. Stays up-to-date with industry practices and incorporates new technology.
  10. Handles additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in public accounting or consulting.
  • Current CPA license or eligibility.
  • Proficiency in computer-based accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of risk management processes and internal controls.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and lead a team.
  • Technical skills in data management and analysis.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Commitment to professional growth and team development.

Salary Range: $65,000 to $90,000
