About the Role
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Project Mechanic to join our Install team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our team, you will work with advanced heavy commercial and industrial equipment, providing top-notch service and installation expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and troubleshoot HVAC and mechanical equipment in residential, light commercial, and heavy commercial settings.
- Collaborate with our Service Technical Academy to achieve factory certification and milestone recognition.
- Participate in pull-through work and execute projects with precision and attention to detail.
- Utilize top-of-the-line technology, equipment, and uniforms to deliver exceptional results.
- Ensure employee safety is the top priority in all aspects of the job.
Requirements
- Must hold Mechanical Journeyman status.
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC and mechanical installation, troubleshooting, and pipefitting.
- Valid driver's license and necessary licenses to work with refrigerants, boilers, and steam.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Pipefitting and welding experience.
