Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine labor in various locations of the restaurants and cafes, including the dish room, dining areas, retail shops, and stock rooms.
  • Prepare and serve food in stations, ensuring that pots and pans are clean, dried, and put away.
  • Ensure the dish room is clean, including assisting with keeping the area clean throughout the working shift.
  • Wash tables and chairs in dining areas as needed, and remove trash when full.
  • Clean dirty garbage cans before replacing with clean bags, and replenish napkins, silverware, and condiments as needed.
  • Assist with stocking of items, following FIFO rules and plan-o-grams, and other inventory rules as needed.
  • Have a general knowledge of, understand, and follow health codes and policies.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, and lift 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Occasional computer use.
