Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Beverage Server to join our team at Presque Isle Downs & Casino. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order, deliver, and serve food and beverage items to patrons throughout the casino
• Assist bartenders with beverage preparation as needed
• Maintain accurate service, professional appearance, and a friendly attitude towards guests and fellow team members
• Practice safe food and beverage handling techniques as demonstrated and required by management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in beverage service is preferred, with knowledge of POS or Micros type systems
• Strong customer service skills, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand on your feet and walk the floor for prolonged periods, with physical ability to lift, bend, stoop, climb, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to obtain necessary licensing
