Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Appliance Service Technician to join our team at PT Holdings LLC. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining commercial food equipment and appliances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with commercial cooking equipment, including ovens, dishwashers, fryers, and microwaves.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on a wide range of commercial appliances.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers, management, and dispatchers.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency service calls.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
  • Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle and ensure all necessary tools and equipment are on hand.
  • Order parts and complete required paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial appliance repair or a related field.
  • Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills.
  • Excellent customer communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CFESA certification and factory training.
  • Experience with commercial cooking equipment, including fryers, ovens, and steamers.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in software applications.
