Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team at Hand & Stone - FGG Spas. As a Massage Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in a relaxing and therapeutic environment, providing customized massage sessions that cater to their individual needs.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling options available. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of anatomy, massage therapy, and bodywork, and be able to create a world-class client experience through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain an active Massage Therapy license and adhere to state/county licensing laws and regulations
  • Carry your own liability insurance or obtain it prior to your first day of training
  • Create customized massage sessions based on client needs and preferences
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary range: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
  • Uncapped commission structure with substantial earning potential based on sales performance
  • Average tips ranging from 18% to 25% of the non-member price
  • Total average earnings for full-time high performers: $65,000 to $88,000 annually
