Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Telehealth RN to join our Float Pool team in Watertown, NY. As a Telehealth RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to a diverse patient population in a telehealth setting.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Utilize Epic EMR system to document patient information and communicate with healthcare teams.
  • Float to various units within the hospital, excluding Psych and ED, as needed.
  • Work 36 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime beyond 48 hours.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of Medical-Surgical experience.
  • Active NY RN license in hand.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Epic EMR experience necessary.
