  • Coordinate and lead Food Service Representatives in preparing food or beverages, setting up patient trays, delivering patient trays, obtaining patient menu selections, handling retail transactions, or operating dishwashing machines and cleaning the kitchen area.
  • Ensure that all food service operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to hospital standards and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, hospital personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless food service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the food service team to achieve operational goals, improve processes, and enhance customer experience.
Requirements
  • Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions.
  • One (1) year experience in Food Service.
  • Ability to communicate tactfully and effectively with patients and other hospital personnel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One (1) year food service leadership experience.
