Job Title: HVAC Technician

Job Summary:

As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our mechanical systems, including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine to complex troubleshooting and repair services on HVAC systems
  • Conduct preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal system performance
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks and projects
  • Assess circumstances and conditions to determine appropriate technical solutions
  • Present recommendations to and follow directions from supervisors and clients

Requirements:

  • Experience with mechanical systems, including chillers, FCUs, air handlers, and VRF systems
  • Experience with as-built design documentation and change management
  • Ability to analyze data to support design efforts
  • Experience in chilled water systems, including chiller plants, pumps, valves, and air handling units
  • Individually carry and support equipment weighing up to 45 pounds
  • Minimum HVAC journeyman license

Desired Skills:

  • Familiarization with building management systems
  • Cross-training in other trades, such as electrical, plumbing, and structural
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

Benefits:
