Job Description

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products by overseeing laboratory operations and implementing effective quality control measures. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in laboratory management, quality assurance, and data analysis, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing laboratory procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Coordinating and conducting routine quality control tests and analyses to verify product quality and detect potential issues
  • Providing technical support to production teams and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues and improve product quality
  • Analyzing data from quality control tests and identifying trends and patterns to inform process improvements and optimize product quality
  • Maintaining accurate records of laboratory activities, test results, and quality control metrics to facilitate reporting and decision-making
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Microbiology, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in laboratory management, quality assurance, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in laboratory operations, quality control, and data analysis
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

The Campbell's Company offers a competitive salary range of $74,700 - $107,400 per year, depending on experience and location.
