Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assurance Director to join our Government Contracting Group. The successful candidate will have a strong background in audit and assurance services, with a focus on government contracting. The role will involve providing technical consultation to clients, leading engagements, and growing our practice through business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical consultation to clients on audit and assurance matters
  • Lead engagements and ensure timely completion
  • Grow our practice through business development activities
  • Develop and mentor staff
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes
Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in public accounting
  • GovCon audit experience required
  • Exceptional analytical, technical, and auditing skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting required
  • CPA licensure required
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
