Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at OrthoColorado Hospital in Lakewood. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a continuum of services to patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic, and other physically related disorders. You will utilize the rehab process to promote and restore optimal health and well-being of the patient.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient, or inpatient rehab unit settings
  • Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to document patient information
  • Assume personal accountability for organizational mission and core values
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct assessments, interventions, and evaluations to promote patient recovery and independence
Requirements
  • Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient, or inpatient rehab unit settings
  • Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy required
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association required
  • Current Colorado state licensure in occupational therapy upon hire or within 3 months required
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $32.35 to $54.21 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K with generous match, daycare FSA, tuition reimbursement, and student loan forgiveness.
