Senior Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, promoting their health, comfort, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate resident needs, developing individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, resident education, and support.
  • Provide technical support to healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless care delivery.
  • Document resident interactions, outcomes, and care plans, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program, with a Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
  • Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing, with multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
  • Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies.
