Community Health of South Dade, Inc. is seeking a skilled Nurse II, OBGYN Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, assessing and monitoring patients' clinical status, and implementing nursing interventions as needed.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by providers, ensuring patient safety and accuracy.
Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient charts, adhering to CHI's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Graduate of an Associate Degree Program in Nursing or a hospital-based program with a diploma in Nursing.
Current licensure to practice in the State of Florida, Registered Nurse.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association, I.V. certified desired.
Bilingual desired.
