Key Responsibilities
* Provides direct patient care and supports indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting
* Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office/clinic policies, procedures and standards
* Communicates effectively with physicians and team members about patient conditions
Requirements
* Current American Heart Association BLS certification or obtain within 90 days of employment
* Completion of Assessment-Based Recognition in Order Entry (ABR-OE) within 90 days of hire
* Strong critical thinking skills and decisive judgment
* Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
* Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
