About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of Amazon Connect, a highly disruptive cloud-based contact center service. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a cutting-edge technology that enables businesses to deliver engaging, dynamic, and personal customer service experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable, resilient systems that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Work closely with senior technical leaders within the team and across AWS to ensure the success of the project.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code that meets the standards of the team and the company.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure the quality and maintainability of the codebase.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems.
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
